Are you new to leading, managing or supervising others, or do you want to know more about what is involved so you can refresh your learning or take a first step and learn more in future? This workshop provides an introduction to theory and practice about effective leaders, management and supervision. Teaching and learning methods include some formal teaching as well as informal participative approaches such as, a quiz to test what you know already, video clips and case studies of real situations.
Please note that the workshop uses the term ‘supervision’ in a generalist way.
