This onlineworkshop, developed in conjunction with our regional LGBT+ Self-Organised Group, and will look at UNISON’s policies and how to be a trans ally.

It will cover:

  • UNISON’s policies and general awareness of how UNISON approaches this issue
  • Inclusive language
  • How to challenge Trans discrimination
  • Practical tips on being an ally
