This year’s policy weekend is being held on Friday 14 and Saturday 15 September. Due to regional committee being held on the Friday, our policy weekend will commence at 1.30pm on Friday 14th and will run until approximately 3pm on the Saturday. The venue will be the Royal Station Hotel- Newcastle.
Places MUST be booked in advance. Residential places will only be available to those attending BOTH days. Places will be assigned on a first come first served basis
Please be advised the venue is fully accessible on the Friday however there will be a small access issue on the Saturday (due to a room change there will be around 5 stairs into the function room).
The cost of the weekend is covered and dinner and bed and breakfast will be provided and lunch on the Saturday.
Delegates are also able to attend as a day delegate only- please advise at time of booking.
Childcare will be available though places MUST be booked in advance. Children will not be accepted on the day if a place has not been previously registered. Please advise of Childs name(s) and age(s) at time of booking.
Cancellations within 7 days or delegates who do not attend may incur a charge to branches unless of exceptional circumstances.
