12 new stewards join the team

Last week saw 12 UNISON members complete their accredited steward training at Middlesbrough’s Football Club. These UNISON members were from a range of branches in the South of the Region – South Tees, Middlesbrough, Teesside University, Redcar & Cleveland, Durham and TEWV all of which cover various employers ranging from Multi Academy Trusts, Probation, NHS, Higher Education, Carillion, Churchill and Local Government.  Each new steward was presented with a certificate at the end of the training in recognition of their hard work and they will now be going forward to do a great job supporting and helping our members in their workplaces and branches.
