Branch Substitutes (For Regional Council Delegates)

Branches can nominate substitutes to cover when delegates are unavailable. Proportionality rules apply (i.e. the number who must be women). For substitutes attending not on this list the relevant Authorisation Form must be obtained from Regional Office and returned prior to the meeting.

Regional Committee Nominations

Branches can nominate delegates for election to the following seats on Regional Committee (candidates must be members of the Regional Council). N.B. Election will take place at the Regional Council AGM - please note only two delegates from any Branch can be elected across the three categories (20 seats available) *Category 1 Restricted to female delegates earning less than a basic hourly rate of £13.56, *Category 2 Women, *Category 3 General

Regional Council Lay Officers

Candidates MUST be a full voting member of the Regional Council, and give their consent to being nominated. Candidates will be asked to provide an election address of up to 500 words each to the Regional Secretary by Monday 24 February 2025 (5.00 p.m.), for inclusion with the AGM Agenda.
