Regional Council AGM 2025 – Groups

Please ensure you have delegates’ permission before submitting their e-mail address. SOGs - Black, Disabled, Young and Retired Members 2 (at least 1 must be female), Women’s Network 2 female, LGBT+ 1 male and 1 female. SERVICE GROUPS - Health and Local Government 4 (at least 2 must be female). All other Service Groups 2 (at least 1 must be female)

Groups can nominate substitutes to cover when delegates are unavailable. Proportionality rules apply (i.e. the number who must be women). For substitutes attending not on this list the relevant Authorisation Form must be obtained from Regional Office and returned prior to the meeting.

The following members are nominated to serve on the Regional Committee (delegates must be members of the Regional Council). SOGs - Disabled Members, Black Members, Retired Members, Women’s Network 1 Delegate each. Young Members 2 Delegates (at least 1 female). LGBT+ 2 Delegates (1 male and 1 female) SERVICE GROUPS - Health and Local Government 4 (at least 2 must be female). All other Service Groups 2 (at least 1 must be female)

Candidates MUST be a full voting member of the Regional Council, and give their consent to being nominated. Candidates will be asked to provide an election address of up to 500 words each to the Regional Secretary by Monday 24 February 2025 (5.00 p.m.), for inclusion with the AGM Agenda.
