This course is aimed at UNISON Branch Secretaries and Assistant Branch Secretaries

Course aims:

  • To develop an understanding of the role of the UNISON branch leader, in particular the branch secretary and assistant branch secretary.
  • To consider the role of the UNISON branch leader in the current economic and political context.
  • To develop ideas and strategies to build strong branch organisation.
  • To reflect on how you lead a branch in changing times
