New Steward Course – Stage 2 (Teesside)

To become a UNISON steward and represent members in your workplace  you must complete Stage 1 and Stage 2 training.

Stage 2

You must have completed stage 1 to attend Stage 2

The final two days of the training for workplace representatives will certify you as competent to accompany members at disciplinary and grievance hearings in order to comply with the Employment Relations Act (ERA) 1999.
